Sourcing teams ask two questions about equipment: “Can they physically make my part?” and “Is there redundancy if a machine goes down?” This page answers both. Everything below runs on our own floors in South Bend, Indiana and Tomah, Wisconsin — and because we maintain overlapping capacity across presses, lasers, and brakes, a single machine down never becomes your missed ship date.

Our press room runs from quick-turn short-run work up to a 2,000-ton press with a transfer system for parts most shops can’t quote. Coil-fed progressive lines run at 14–25 pieces per minute; transfer stamping covers the geometries progressive dies can’t reach. Parts to 15+ feet. Details on metal stamping services.
Fourteen lasers up to 24,000 watts, including:
Details on metal bending services and plate roll forming.
Details on machining services.
Multiple high-capacity MIG and TIG stations plus robotic welding cells, with in-house fixturing for weldments over 15 feet. Details on industrial welding.
Nine journeyman tool and die makers with in-house design, build, tryout, and maintenance. Our dies never wait in another shop’s queue. Details on tool and die services.
A supplier’s equipment list is its honesty test — it either can hold your tolerance at your volume or it can’t. If you see the capacity your part needs above, send us the print. If you’re not sure, our engineers will tell you straight, including when a different process would cost you less.
Robotic bending cell for large parts – 242 lb. workpiece capacity
22 precision hydraulic brakes from 90 to 360 tons
3 high-speed electric brakes
Off-line programming with full simulation capabilities
6-axis back gauging
In-line measurement for automatic bend angle correction
Four-roll plate rolling CNC technology
Multi-radius plate roll profiles
Maximum cross-section 0.25” x 72”

Metal bending is a manufacturing process that involves deforming metal into a desired shape without breaking it. This technique is commonly used in various industries to create components for machinery, structures, and more. It can be achieved through different methods, including press braking, roll bending, and rotary bending.
