South Bend, Indiana – General Stamping & Metalworks (“GSM”) has announced the appointment of Alfredo Santos as Director of Operations for its South Bend, Indiana facility. Santos brings more than 30 years of leadership experience in Tier 1 automotive stamping and metal fabrication, most recently serving in senior manufacturing and program management roles with SODECIA Group across North America.
In his new role, Santos will oversee GSM’s manufacturing operations, quality, and engineering functions in South Bend, leading efforts to enhance safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the team.
