We recently had the pleasure of welcoming a group of middle school students to our Tomah, Wisconsin facility for a behind-the-scenes look at the world of manufacturing. The tour was part of Fields, Factories, Future: An Agriculture & Manufacturing Adventure—a summer camp organized by Western Technical College that introduces students to careers in agriculture and manufacturing.
During their visit, the students explored our operations, learned about our processes, and saw the wide range of pathways available in modern manufacturing. It was a great opportunity to spark curiosity and share the exciting possibilities this industry holds.
We are proud to have been included in this impactful program and to play a role in shaping the next generation of talent in manufacturing.
Thank you to Western Technical College for including us in this program and for your commitment to workforce development and career exploration.
